I show 3 active threats. Is this an issue?

have done several scans and the active threats still remain

Can you post the lines I asked from the Scan Log! Also is the main GUI red? Or does it show this and all you need to do is a Reset? https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/PC-Threats-Removed-Stats/ta-p/169855
