My web root pop up is now blue vs green and I being told to activate my account

I am receiving this message and it is concerning me as my account is activated and I went in and activated again. Here is the message:
Account Activation Needed
You need to verify your email address in order to activate your Secure Anywhere account.

    This is odd if you have already activated your account. Please follow these instructions below.
     
     This solution addresses Webroot SecureAnywhere http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_icon.png

    We have received reports of an Account activation needed message appearing even after the Webroot account has been activated.

    The Account activation needed message is in error. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact Technical Support by submitting a ticket here.

    I had that happen too, it's usually because you need to activate it. Call techical support or give it some time..honestly, I had an issue and despite doing what was told, it wouldn't work but i kept trying it until it worked. I'm not sure if webroot is having an issue when members need to active their keycode or new members.
