How come webroot cannot detect the FBI virus before it hijacks my computer?


How come webroot cannot detect the FBI virus before it hijacks my computer?   Why doesnt webroot detect and quarantine the FBI virus?  I thought webroot was top of the line virus protection.

The best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticketand ask Webroot Support to take a look and remove this for you.  There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.

Is it the one that shows up in  the Browser or one that shows up on the desktop? If it's the one in the Browser just clean out all the Browser's history and cookies and that should do it as it's not a real infection and install a good free Adblocker like Adblock Plus or uBlock for Firefox & Chrome but if it shows up after closing the Browser then do as Sherry suggested and Submit a Support Ticket!
