Hi i renewed my webroot subscription using my bestbuy card. the problem is i think it automatically renewed the 3 pc i installed before then. but the one laptop is already broken so i cant use it, is there any possibility that i can get one subscription transfered to another laptop? and in my days remaining  it says active, i think because i still have 11 days before expiring. thank you weebroot! and more power

    Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    Yes you certainly can transfer your active subscription to another computer. Please look below on deactivate the broken computer from the online Acccount Console.
     
    How To Deactivate a PC in the online console:
     
    Log into your Account Console using an Admin login.
     
    In the main Console screen and select PC Security:
     


     
    Select the PC you want to deactivate:
     


     
    Select the Commands Tab:
     
     


     
    Select Deactivate:
     


     
    Confirm the Deactivation:
     


     
     
     
    Then install Webroot on your laptop.
     
    Here's how to do that also.
     
    Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
    • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot
