How do I remove the virus Slim Cleaner from my computer?

I have the virus Slim Cleaner on my computer.  Norton and Webroot cannot remove it, nor find it as it seems.  I know it is still on my computer because I cannot use System Restore dates.  Something is corrupt.  My computer login screen is not the same.  Please help!  I cannot afford another computer and this laptop is only 2 years old.  I am writing a novel and I am afraid I will lose all my work.

    Normally you can uninstall slimcleaner from your computer by going your Add remove program feature..
