Why does the numeric keypad sometimes stop working in IE since I installed Webroot
Sometimes our numberic keypad's stop working now that we have Webroot Secure Anywhere installed on our Windows 7 pro systems. Do you know why this is happening and if it's a setting that can be modified? Thanks!

It sounds like this issue may be caused by the ID shield.
If you click on the words "Identity Protection" and then toggle of the "Identity Shield" does this issue still persist?
