How do I turn off the automatic renewal of my subscription?

I received a notice that my subscription would automatically renew as of June 1st.  How do I turn that off?  I have already purchased a new subscription as I have downgraded with Webroot?

Hi vkilbride

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I understand you correctly you had a subscription for one of the version of WSA (Antivirus, Internet Security Plus or Complete) and when that one has expired or when it was coming up for renewal you decide to change version and so 'renewed' but due to the change in version you have been provided with/entered and activated a new keycode?

If that is is correct then the expiry message will be for your previous version, and if that is the case then you must have activated your new keycode before the expiry of the one for the other version.  If I have gotten the circumstances right you will actuially have two keycodes/subscriptions running; one which has just started and one which is just about to expire...and it is the latter that is generating the messages.

There is no way to stop that other than contacting Support (opening a Support Ticket) and asking them to delete your now 'old' keycode, as whilst you can add a keycode to your online console one cannot delete one from it...that needs to be done in the back office, to which we have no access.

Well, I hope that I have interpreted your issue correctly and therefore provide the right answer...but if not then please advise back with more information and we will have another go at helping you.

Regards, Baldrick
