unblock a site
I am having trouble seeing where I can UNBLOCK a URL even when I press the button that says unblock?? I am new here so need some assistance. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
From the sounds of it you are doing everything right, i.e.e, using the Unblock & proceed button in the bottom left hand corner of the blocking page, but I have found myself that on occassion I experience what I think that you are describing.
What I generally try is to close the browser and then reopen it and try the process again, and often that sorts things out. If that does not work then I would Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know of the issue, and in the meantime I just disable the Webroot Filtering Extension via the relevant browser addon manager (remmebering to re-enable it later) as it in itself does not protect you but rather just informs you of the Webroot determination of the website which in this case sounds as if it may be a false positive, etc.
