I thought Keyboard encryption/key logging had been solved for me.

This is an added side note = I might have spoken to soon. I have found this, so more research needs to be done.

I have spent a lot of time on line and here using the search option and PM's to some members to track down all the information I could to understand the password  protection and identity protection.  
 
 
I’m going to slow down with my activity here for a while until I do a lot more research. It look's more and more like a complete wipe and reinstall is first. But it's a difficult thing to do considering my situation.
Thanks everyone for their help with this so far.

Are you still having problems with this?  It sounds like it might be best if you work with support on this one as they'll be able to remote into your computer to assist:

Have you tried Zemana Anti-keylogger with WSA ?
