What you have is a PUA not a Virus please see here to see if you can remove it youself: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 and if in the end it doesn't work Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you to remove it.
