Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Would  you do a reboot and after reboot do a manual scan. See if it still shows expired. Otherwise..

Please use these instructions to apply your new keycode to your software and update your subscription information:

1. Open the Webroot program and click the gear icon next to "My Account."
2. Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode” and click "Activate."
3. If a scan starts automatically, allow the scan to complete.

To see our user guide page of these steps, including images, please click here.

If the above doesnt work then may I ask where you Renewed your Subscription from, would it be a Best Buy Subscription or from Webroot or some other place?

From Webroot online it can take a little while for the back office to process the renewal so I would give it a little bit longer, by tomorrow morning. If not by  then I would Open a Support Ticket
You also can call 1-866-612-4268.

With Best Buy  this is automated,, it can take 24-48 hours depending on the time of day you provided your payment information .Call 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD (1-800-433-5778) for assistance

.To let you know that even though Webroot saids you are expired you still are protected for 30 days.

Hope this helps?

If I may add something to Sherry's suggestions.  In the past, once in a while, with the Best Buy subscriptions, I have seen this happen and resolved it by following the steps outlined by Sherry for re-entering the key code, but as soon as you click activate reboot the computer immediately.

GIve it all a try and let us know how it goes!
