MY WEBROOT ANYWHERE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO ADD ADDITIONAL DEVICES TO SUBSCRIPTION
I purchased webroot secure anywhere with 2 yr protection and up to 5 devices however when i try to add devices it ask for me to pay to add devices and 2 yr protection.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues.May I ask where did you purchase Webroot from? Webroot? BestBuy?
Where are you attempting to enter the keycode for the second time? Are you adding it under the "Manage Keycodes" portion of the online account?
To add another computer to the license you would login to your account console, click add a pc and then start the download.
Once the download is finished you would run the wsainstall.exe or wsabbs2.exe if you are on Windows and then enter your keycode when prompted.

If you still need help then submit a support ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription and they will gladly help you to resolve this.
