Why is there a red exclamation mark on my Webroot icon?

I just renewed my Webroot but there is still a red exclamation mark showing on the icon and I can't figure out why. It says I am protected and everything is on and running.

?  Could you please try re-entering the keycode (click on gear cog beside My Account on interface), click "Activate", Reboot, and let us know if that helps. Thanks.

Hello CarrieBell, it is me again :)
 
Is your subscription actually a Best Buy Subscription Services license?  If so, and you provided your credit card information this afternoon, the card will be charged tonight and WSA should be back to Green tomorrow morning.
 
Best Buy does a huge daily batch for the Subscriptions billing (The AV as well as for those that have Geek Squad Tech Support).  The card is not billed 'live' as soon as you enter it.
 
They DO give a 30 day grace period though.  Given that your WSA was showing red, I assume that you are actually past due in paying, but you are still covered and WSA protectring you during the 30 day grace period.
 
If your license is NOT from Best Buy Subscription Services, and you renewed directly through Webroot, please let me know.

No, I did not purchace it from Best Buy and I renewed by clicking on the link after opening WSA on my computer. I paid with PayPal, if that makes a difference. Thanks!
