My Chrome and Explorer site rating extensions do not work. All I get is a dull dot. When I hover the cursor a pop up message basically states the function is temporaily off line and no action need be taken. Is this true? If so when will site rating be reinstated?

This usually indicates that Webroot is unable to connect to the servers properly.
Would you do a system reboot and see if that corrects the issue?

I am not having an issue.. Chrome is correctly showing search results in Google, with the ratings.
Try the reboot as Sherry suggested and go from there. Let us know if it makes any difference.
