WHY CAN'T I REMOVE THE THREATS FORM MY COMPUTER AUTOMATICALLY

Apologies as it looks like your post got lost down 'one of the cracks'...not something that happens very often here.
We would love to help you out here but I am afraid that we need a little more information as to the threat or threats that you believe WSA should remove automatically and apparently has not.
In general WSA will auto matically remove threats identified, unless the process of removal is open to different approaches depending on the system concerned in which case WSA will advise clearly that a Support Ticket should be opened so that the Support Team can get involved to carry out a manual removeal for you.
What WSA is some cases will not detect or remove but users believe is a threat are Potentially Unwanted Applications or PUAs, and thn king about it I am wondering if that is what you are seeing and mistaking for a virus when in fact they are usually non-malware programs which undesirable are not really dangerous...more like a nuisance because they are 'noisy', i.e., they can display popup ads, hijack browser searches and home pages, etc.
If any of this appears familiar then pelase post back with details of exactly what yo are seeing and we can look to advise you further on how to get rid of the 'issue'.
