Purchased a new 5 device license from Amazon. Updated one computer lost my 'remaining' days on it. Logged into "Web Console" and it wants me creat a new Acount? Tried to 'Update Webroot", but it takes me through a purchase site. Logged into WR outside of program and tried to figure out how to get my existing account updated with my new purchase?? Anybody know how to do this?
Will need 3 more licenses for our Androids, but am thinking of trying somebody else for them, i.e., a service that includes them for free.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
So to get this straight...you were an existing user of WSA before you new purchase via (which by the way we do not recommend doing for a number of reasons). You entered the new key on one system with WSA installed and lost what was left of your exisint subscription...yes, that is right, that is what is supposed to happen if you enter a new key. The only way around this is either to wait for the old key to expire or contact Webroot Support and as them to add the time from the new key to the old key.
Not sure what you mean by "tried to update Webroot"...can you explain as to from exactly where you tried this?
As to "...how to get my existing account updated with my new purchase"...well, I have explained that above...you need to Open a Support Ticket and ask Support to do this for you...but I do not if they can do this now that ou have activated the new subscription...but you lose nothing by trying.
In terms of the extra licnese for the Android devices...you may want to try/use the fre version but to help you ast which version you have an option on please see this KB Article for all the information. And if you are a Complete user already using 5 devices then I am thinking that there may be a 10 device license...I remember some discussion about this in the past but not sure if anything came of this...perhaps our most Excellent Community Manager ? would be able to adavise as to the veracity of this?
