I cannot get signed into my web root account for my iPad . I am using all the correct information.
Please help. I am trying to login into web root to back up my iPad but it won't let me.

Are you trying to login into your Webroot Online Console (here) or actually on your iPad?
If the former then you could try resetting your password for the account; just click on the 'Forgotten Password?' link next to the Sign In button on the initial web pag, and follow the instructions thereafter.
If the latter then please take a look at this previous thread...the 3rd post in particular, for informastion that may assist you in resolving the issue.
Either way, please post back to advise as to how you get on.
