Is my current subscription have windows 10 installed or do we need to sync this?

I would say that it is the other way around to what you are asking, i.e., WSA, from version 9.0.1.67, has been Windows 10 compliant, so if you are running under WIndows 10 and have the latest version of WSA installed; v9.0.7.42, then all is well and will work well together.
As the website states:
