Is anyone else having issues with Password Manager not showing up in Chrome and/or Firefox?

I have the same issue in Chrome on Win10 since about a week.

Not yet as far as I know...but I am sure that the Development Team are working on it.  But just to be on the safe side you should Open a Support Ticket of your own so that they know that you also have the issue.

? do you mean you don't see the little Webroot logo on your browsers toolbar?? 
There's an easy fix for that. Maybe some of the experts can link up the dl location of the toolbar fix executable. I'm a bit on the tired side right now so i'm possibly not reading your question right. If not then i am intrigued to know more.
 

Actually the whole extension is not installed in Chrome anymore, its not just the icon.
 
A download for the extension would be very nice. 🙂

Under the big screenshot there's a download link to the toolbar fix executable. Give it a try. If it fixes your issue ok if not we look further
