I have 25 computers running Secure anywhere and one started acting up. I lost the internet and everything I tried did not work. I installed spyhunter 4 and it found 2 kripotvor ransomware threats on it. Why didn't Webroot stop or find it during the scans that are done every day?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Well, first off I should advise that SpyHunter has not been in the past very well regarded at all in anti malware circles as they have been known to over exaggerate as to what they detect. Having said that they have performed well in some tests and as such at present they appear to at a bit of a juncture.
What I would say is that WSA protects against ransomeware and does so in some unique ways (including journalling of the activities of suspicious or undetermined files & process so that rollback can be undertaken as and when they are determined to be bad, etc.) and just becuase SpyHunter says it found Kriptovor does not mean that it did...it could have been a false positive.
But then again no one AV/IS/AM application offers 100% protection 1005 of the time as the threats they look to guard against are also evolving and sometimes there is a slight lag between new variant of a threat being released & being detected.
As such I would say that a layered defence, i.e., one primary AV/AM/IS application supplemented by one or two 2nd opinion scanners is the way to go and it looks like that is what you are running...and that approach has worked for you. :D
