Webroot erase

I had a problem installing Quicken 2016 and needed to reinstall it but couldn't find it listed in my program apps so I used Webroot erase to erase the Quicken progam.....now I can't reinstall it..I get a windows error 1303.  Is this due to somehting with webroot?quicken program with webroot?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Having looked into this I would recommend that you Google "Windows Error 1303" and you should find several results that will provide you with additional information and hopefully the answer to your issue. But I suggest that it has little or nothing to do with WSA.

You are most welcome.  Have done a little more checking and if you refine the Google search criteria to "windows error 1303 Quicken" you should find for or 5 hits that really look focussed on your issue as they are from the Intuit support forums, su as this one or this one.
 
Hopefully these will be most helpful as from a briedf review of some of the contents they look to focus on specifically what you are describing as your issue.
