Hi BillieAnn

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Firstly may I check as to whether your renewal was a 'real' renewal, i.e., you extended the subscription that you originally had by adding time to it, and therefore you did not receive/have to activate a new keycode as part of the renewal OR if it was a 'pseudo' renewal, i.e., you received and activated a new keycode.

If it was the former then it could be that the renewal is taking time to go through the back office systems and you should give it a bit more time. If your purchase is through Best Buy the time for the renewal to come through can take even longer as it has to go through the Best Buy and then the Webroot back office systems.

If it was the latter then the message is most likely coming from your previous keycode/subscription as entry/validation of a new keycode does not cancel the previous keycode...they run in parallel and given that there is a grace period of 30 days from the actual expiry date the prompts to renew the 'old' keycode continue to be generated.

If you would advise as to which type of renewal you undertook we can confirm with you what is most likely happening.

Hope that helps?

Regards, Baldrick
