I lost control of my machine to what I thought was technical help.  They installed a program that kept me signed on all the time.  It has been removed and the machine scrubbed by Best Buy.  Still concerned about the possobiity of a hidden Keystroke proram.  Comments/ help.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

To make sure your malware free please Submit a Support Ticket and they will give you a security check and also tell you if you were infected at all in the first place.

Also any type of keylogger would be stopped by WSA's Identity Shield so no worries there: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Announcements-and-Release-Notes/MRG-Effitas-Online-Banking-Certification-Q3-2015/m-p/225808#M5161

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
