renew mobile device

Unsure if this is correct forum. I have Webroot Secure Anywhere for PC and mobile devices. I purchased a new license and renewed my account on the pc/ 5 device option, adding my previous time to the new key with no problem. I have been unsuccesful in doing this with the mobile devices (samsung galaxy avant and Google Nexus 7 tablet). The time remaining was transferred successfully to the new code.

The Google Nexus 7 shows me my previous/ current account. I cannot locate anywhere to adjust/update/ activate the new security code. It remains telling me I have x amount of days left.

For the phone app, I was confused between the full program app and the mobile app. I was notified that the two programs conflicted. I opted to keep mobile and removed the full app. That became an app asking me to buy a $4.99 version. I uninstalled this.
I downloaded the mobile version again. Now when trying to setup console account (that was already setup), I logged into my account using old key (new one didn't work). Screen comes on saying I have 14 days left in trial and wants to transfer me to purchase app version.
How do I download, reset and install the full 5 device version I paid for without this circle of errors? Everything was fine until I tried to update new security code.
