Changing email address

I'm needing to change my primary email address on Webroot. I did add a 2nd email to account, can you change default address....have tried, need help here.

Unfortunately there is no way to change the main email address that you have used to create your account. It is advisable to create a sub user and give it full permissions so that you can use your new email address.

I have created a 2nd user and it was confirmed / activated, but stil get all correspondence through old / primary email, guess there is no way to change prefernces.
 
2nd email has access to all, guess just wait till they do something for preferences / update profile.

Are you referring to items such as billing and renewal information from Webroot or support?
