Why is my computer locking up for long periods of time when loading programs?
Frequently after launching an application, my computer freezes for a minute or two. I can understand something like a special scan occuring if I am loading for the first time, but why subsequent times? And why am I not alerted to what is going on? I am close to uninstalling and asking for a refund if the interruptions continue.

Have you tried running your system with WSA for a while to check that it is in fact WSA that is causing this issue? If not then please do. BTW, is it the launching of a specific application that seems to cause the issue? If so then which one
And if you do find that WSA is in fact the cause of this issue then please Open a Support Ticket to notify the Support Team of your concerns so that they can investigate and hopefully resolve the issue for you.
