I am always having troble with Windows 10

Because I have trouble with Windows 10 I had Webroot to reinstal your programme on my computer.  This was easy, done by a remote computer technician, for which I am grateful.
I am still having trouble with Windows10 so I was advised to restore the system and was given the choce to leave Webroot on the computer.  This opportunity I took.
After the restore was complete I now have McAfee reinstalled and Webroot has been removed. 
I have time on my account with you and would like to reinstate. your system ASAP.
 
Please can you help, this frustrated old man.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    If you want to uninstall McAfee please look here: McAfee  Download and Instructions
     
    Webroot will play nicely with McAfee if you wish to keep both. But IMO you only need Webroot. Why bog your system down with McAfee and use more system resources.
     
    Please follow the steps below closely in terms of installing WSA on the target system/machine!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online during the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE). Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
    • Install with the new installer, entering your Keycode when prompted to do so in the install process
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot 
    If you need more assistance you can always Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with your Webroot subscription. AZnd they will gladly get this sorted for you.
