I am afraid to say that unless you are using the Antivirus for Gamers or Complete versions of WSA then there is no feature (System Optimizer) available to remove temp files, etc. I am not sure what version you have but you have posted in the Antivirus forum so am assuming that is your version?
 
To do that without the System Optimizer feature many of us in the Community use CCleaner (from Piriform) which is very good, stable & does a good job just usingthe default settings.
