Fixed 6 threats by PC w/scan then ran "System analyzer states I have 6 active threats?
Looking to resolve the contradictions between resolving threats following a scan than having the System Analyzer then met the threats are still active. . . what the deal??

I have never seen that before so I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket and advise the Support Team of your issue/question.
Hazarding a guess it is possible that due to running the System Analyzer so close to a scan there has been some confusion in terms of what is being reported. Next time an active threat is reported on my system I will run the System Analyzer to see if I can recreate the issue.
