cleanup license key
Just downloaded a new Webroot account. Everytime I run a scan and it comes up with things to "clean out" it says "cleanup license key" and won't let me clear anything out. Please help!

Welcome to the Community Forums.
It sounds like you have just renewed? And if so have you by any chance received a NEW keycode as well? If so then you need to enter that into WSA and activate it as it sounds like you subscription has expired and exceeed the 30 day garce period for renewals.
If that is the case then please try this:

and then check to see if that has resolved the issue.
If not then post back with more details on your issue and we will have another look at providing assistance.
