when does my account need to be renewed

If you open the Webroot interface (click Webroot icon on lower-right of your screen, you may need to click up arrow first) you will see the remaining days on your subscription,

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
If I may just add to what BD has posted...if you are looking for an actual date of expiry/renewal then please go to your online console (HERE). Once you have logged in click on your email address dispalyed in the top right hand corner of each page and from the drop down presented select 'Manage keycodes'.
 
That should open a new page in your browser diplaying details aboyt your subscription/keycode which will include the actual expiry date, along with number of days remaining, number of devices covered, etc.
