cant log into backup synch

E
When I try to login I get message my password or username is incorrect.  I have set up my self as the admin user under my email and passsword and set to access the Backup and sych but I cant get in

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
Would you please restart your PC and then try signing into Backup & Sync? If that doesn't work then click on forgot password and reset it.
 
 
 
  • Click on the "Can't log in?" link in blue next to the Log In button. [img]https://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_changecredentials4.png[/img]  
  • Select if you would like to reset your Password or Personal Security Code. [img]https://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/wsa_changecredentials5.png[/img]
If this does not work then please Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with your Webroot subscription.
