I am due to renew my subscription but the system will not let me renew. my name is Robert Beckel

I attempted to renew my account but the system would not allow, how do you proceed

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
 
To upgrade or renew the software:
  1. Open SecureAnywhere.  
  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account.  
  3. Click Upgrade or renew. [img]https://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/upgraderenew.png[/img]  The Webroot website opens. From here, you can purchase an upgrade to your software.
 
Or may I ask if you are renewing with a new keycode? If so please follow below:
 
 


 
You will also need to Submit a Support ticket to transfer your passwords and Backup & Sync to your new keycode. This is a free service with your Webroot subscription.

If I might just add...in precisely what way is the 'system' not llowing you to renew your subscription?
 
If you could describe the precise circumstances of this block and what led up to it/them, plus also who your subscription is with, i.e., Best Buy or Webroot either directly or from a non Best Buy source? Again, that should assit in the process of understanding precisely what the issue is here.
