I am due to renew my subscription but the system will not let me renew. my name is Robert Beckel
I attempted to renew my account but the system would not allow, how do you proceed

You will also need to Submit a Support ticket to transfer your passwords and Backup & Sync to your new keycode. This is a free service with your Webroot subscription.

- Open SecureAnywhere.
- Click the gear icon next to My Account.
- Click Upgrade or renew. [img]https://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/upgraderenew.png[/img] The Webroot website opens. From here, you can purchase an upgrade to your software.
