I run on Windows 10 and I bought a Webroot CD for a new one year subs. It wont accept prod code?
Why won't the CD for Webroot accept the product code? And what do I do to fix this so I can do the work I need to do?

Please follow the steps below closely in terms of installing WSA on the target system/machine!

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online during the install to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE). Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Install with the new installer, entering your Keycode when prompted to do so in the install process
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot

To activate a new keycode:
1. Open the Webroot program and click the gear icon next to "My Account."
2. Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode” and click "Activate."
3. If a scan starts automatically, allow the scan to complete.
