Hello,
My aunt has recently given her old laptop to me. It has a long expired version of Webroot SecureAnywhere that I would like to uninstall, as it keeps popping up and interrupting my work. So far I haven't found the option to do so. How should I proceed? She hasn't left me her login information, and I don't know when I'll be able to contact her or whether she even remembers it.

If none of this works Please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove it.
