my webroot filtering extension for firefox 57.0.04 is broken and all i see is some weird looking broken icon. i uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, etc. i went so far as to renew my subscrption 77 days early, nothing works to get the correct webroot icon next to the web pages on firefox. with chrome and explorer it works fine, but i don't use those browsers.
can you please help?
