My computers Reliability Monitor logs are flooded with the following error:
Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Core. Product Version: 1.1.227. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Webroot. Installation success or error status: 1603
I can’t run a manual update either.
I did see the other community entry about deleting the WRData folder but that has not helped. C: drive has plenty of space and I am not seeing any other issues.
Please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you fix this issue and get the Core files installed correctly!
Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue. A reply from Support should take from 24 to 48 hours but could take a little longer because of COVID 19 and the Webroot Employees are busy working from home.
