My Corsair headset and mouse started acting weird, then I noticed that the iCUE had not started automatically. I tried to start it manually but then the same thing happened similar to the Chrome problem (https://answers.webroot.com/Webroot/ukp.aspx?pid=17&vw=1&app=vw&solutionid=1916). I deactivated webroot and then I could open iCUE. Now I have allowed iCUE in the webroot settings and it seems to work.

It’s possible so it would be best to chat with Webroot Support as it could be a simple thing of getting some files whitelisted in the Webroot Cloud Database.
