You probably need to get some files whitelisted. The best way to do that to solve this problem is to get in contact with Webroot Support by Phone (Fastest Way) or Support Ticket.

​@Tyrant you might want to look at this thread with the same problem:

I deleted Webroot and was able to update all of my NVIDIA products. 

Support ticket wanted free access to download any files that they wished from my PC.  I am not that foolish.  I would gladly email any files they required but not free access. 

Webroot Tech Support should be capable of fixing this report issue by whitelisting NVIDIA installation and then provide a software update many days ago.  Webroot chose not to do so.  Webroot will not be reinstalled on my computers.

To keep from having multiple threads open on the same problem, we will be closing this thread. Anyone having the same problem with Updates on NVIDIA Products please post on this thread.
