Why do you suppose Webroot's Help & Support doesn't load?

Very interesting.  I do not run with the WSA systray icon in the Notification area, but rather visible all the time. So have temporarily moved it into that area and replicated the steps you posted...except that I end up with the following web page opening successfully (as I would expect):

Would you try cutting and pasting this link directly into your web browser and seeing if you can in fact open said page 'manually'.  If you can then it looks like it is another IE11 peculiarity if you cannot get it from the sys tray icon context menu.  But if not then it may be something to do with the link being blocked outside of WSA.
 
A further test would be to bring the sys tray icon back out of the notification area, i.e., visible in the sys tray and try your steps again to see if it behaves differently (I doubt it but it never hurts to cover as many of the bases as possible).
 
Post back with the results and hopefully we can work out if this is one for Webroot Support or not, etc.

When I click on a link in your post I also get the blank page but when I go through the systray icon it loads Product Support Page correctly (both IE9, Opera 12.16 and Opera 18).
 
Did you try another browser?

I tried Baldrick's manual, cut 'n pasted link into my browser and received the proper page.  I tried moving Webroot's icon from hidden to visible and clicking the Support and Help in the context menu and received the blank page.
 
Apparently the url which is involved with my context menu is incorrect?
 
Pegas,  "Did I try another browser?"  No, I have only IE 11.  I really don't want to get involved in another browser yet.

Yeah, it looks like it is somehow crippled or IE11 cannot properly handle the url transmitter. I am curious what other users with IE11 are to say.

Weird! I am not at the computer right now, but if this is still going in a few hours when I get home I will check on my computer, IE 10, FiireFox, Chrome all on Windows 7 Ultimate!

OK, I am home and I have checked things out a bit to the extent that I can.  Obviously, when you first click on the Help & Support in the right click context menu, the initial URL it loads into the browser is actually a redirect that will take you to the final page that loads, which is the URL that was provided by Baldrick above.
 
With some quick clicking of the browser stop button, I did manage to capture the URL that is initially loaded, and it does NOT match what is going into DavidCash's browser.  His URL also fails to load for me at all.
 
Perhaps something did not update correctly in going from the initial Trial installation that you had?  You might try to do a clean install: Copy your key code so that you do not lose it.  Uninstall WSA, reboot, reinstall WSA from a fresh download (Link below), reboot, and then check the link again.  Maybe this will help?  (Yes.. I am kind of grasping at straws here..... for some reason DavidCash's posts tend to do that to me so far LOL!)

I think my first post in Webroot was only a week ago.  https:///t5/Ideas-Exchange/Is-Webroot-really-scanning-my-computer/idi-p/68853  I got here by the above, outlined procedure.  So the major thing which may have affected this url was the System Restore I found necessary in order to recapture Internet Explorer 11 after a failure to execute a satisfying uninstallation of Internet Explorer 11.  Most of that is detailed over here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie11-windows_7/tried-uninstalling-ie-11-but-result-produced-no-ie/d7816f97-b7d5-43e7-ae69-c583424e7fbc 
 
The System Restore message: "Programs which may be affected by this System Restore..." function (which I performed a second time) did mention that Webroot v8.0.4.24 may be affected.  Obviously it was. Ha ha.
 
Incidentally my version of Webroot is not a Trial installation; it is the real McCoy.  I suppose I could uninstall/reinstall with the CD but that's going to involve all that hassel with key codes and Best Buy and I'm batting zero when it comes to satisfaction from "key codes and Best Buy subscription stuff".  I shudder to think that I could be lost in Best Buy cyber-hysterics just on account of a miserable redirect link.  Wouldn't it be easier just to find where the Webroot registry link for that Help & Support resides and modify the registry?

Am ahead of you on that...;)...having had the same thought.  Have looked for this in the Registry but so far have failed to come across the entry (assuming that it is indeed kept there).  Am still looking but if you do find it please post back as the information will be useful for any other tech savvy user who may run into the same problem.

Actually, as small as WSA is it might just be easier to do the reinstall.  Just use the Best Buy download link in my signature as it is the current version.  The CD will NOT have the current version.
