As TripleHelix said in the link provided by Petrovic, at the moment it's not possible for an AV to function in Windows Phone. No app can each other's files. An AV couldn't scan any file. WP is extremely safe on its own. There are no malware that can run in it. The apps are sandboxed. As a result there are no AV for WP. There are safe browsers and other tools from a couple of security vendors to protect from phishing sites. But absolutely not necessary. So you can rest assured WSA AV or in fact any AV is not going to be introduced in the WP marketplace any soon.
