Reveton Virus - Citadel Trojan malware

Hi all,

I recently got the reveton virus having visited an infected site (my daughter's dance studio!).  We just visited the site, and didn't knowingly download anything.  Now installed, I cannot shake it.  Does anyone have any advice?  I'm running secure anywhere, 2012.  I've scanned several times, but each time I start a browswer, webroot finds more things wrong.  Any tips?  BTW, I believe it is delivered via the Citadel Trojan malware (http://www.darkreading.com/authentication/167901072/security/application-security/240005485/airport-vpn-targeted-by-citadel-trojan.html).

Thanks,

JD.

I'm sorry to hear that you may be infected. In situations where you suspect infection, but Secure Anywhere isn't finding it, we would recommend that you send a message to us via the support site so that one of our threat analysts can take a look and give you a hand in removing the infection.
