offline shield is off
My offline shield keeps going to off , I have to keep resetting

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Have you setup your online account? If so go in there and make sure the PC in question is set to User Configuration and if it is select another and save then go back and select User Configuration and click save and wait for 30 to 45 minutes then do a scan and check to make sure the offline shield is staying on! http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/672/Editing-the-PC-security-settings and please let us know!
