Hello. I have 2 CPU's. I just renewed the subscription on 1 but the other one did not update. The one that renewed has the keycode blocked out. I tried to retrieeve it from here http://www.webroot.com/us/en/redownloads but for someone it's not recognizing my last name and email. Please help.

Hello DH28DC,

Welcome to the Community!

To find your keycode within Webroot SecureAnywhere for PC http://sw.nohold.net/Webroot/Images/windows_7_start_button.png:
 1. Open the main interface.
 2. Click My Account.
 3. A window opens with your keycode and subscription information. EDITED for PC
You can open Webroot in the menu and click Advanced setting/ And see if Hide the webroot key code is unchecked .

 • In the upper right corner, click Advanced Settings.
 • In the Settings panel, click Access Control.
 • If you want to change a setting, select its checkbox to disable it (uncheck the box) or activate it (check the box). When you’re done, click Save.

You can also Issue a Support Ticket and they will gladly help.

Also our Moderator @ might be able to help you out Monday to look up your email and keycode on the back end.

Hope this helps,

Best Regards,

EDIT:  Sherry beat me to it :)

To view the keycode on the one:
Open WSA
Click Advanced Settings
Click Access Control
At the bottom, uncheck "Hide Keycode on screen"

Once you have the key code, go to the OTHER computer,
Open WSA
Click the gear tool next to My Account
Enter they key code
Click Activate
REBOOT
Open WSA
Recheck the status
