If your license is for more than one device then to protect another PC you just download the installer (from here for the Webroot version or from here for the Best Buy version...I am assuming you have a PC rather than a Mac but let me know if itis the latter and I can provide links for that too), run the installer, making sure that (i) you have your keycode handy and (ii) you are connected to the internet, allow the install process to complete and there you are...job done.
