Scanning


I attempted to scan my computer and it was indicated that the Webroot  program could not reach the internet. ??????

Hello @ProfeG 

 

I see that every once in a blue moon so all I do is a reboot the system and try again. If that doesn’t help then please Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to look into it.

 

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply or a little longer because of COVID-19.

when i  bought my Mac,Web Root came with it .It never worked?
