There is also one general trick to be aware of for clients that are proving difficult to uninstall, especially if Add/Remove programs entry is hidden.

You can boot the machine in Safe Mode and attempt to uninstall directly from Add/Remove Programs.

Should that fail, engage Support and they will be able to help (You can use the link in the post above to engage Support).

If the uninstaller in the Control Panel isn't working, you can try the -uninstall switch.
"c:program filesWebrootWRSA.exe" -uninstall

Adjust this path to fit your install location and try in safe mode if it doesn't work the first time.

If those fail, then lets open a support ticket and gather some logs.

Hope that helps.

The problem is that it says that it can not be uninstalled because it is being manage through an admin console. We do not have access to the administration console anymore.

As Nooks41 pointed out, Safe Mode should get you around the problem. Did you end up contacting support or going with a Safe Mode uninstall?

Yes! This worked for me. I just restarted in Safe mode then opened up a CMD prompt and migrated over to the c:Program Files (x86)Webroot directory and typed:   wrsa.exe -uninstall

Thanks!
