How do I negotiate the faulty Support Ticket system and create a ticket?

I want to contact support about what I believe to be faulty security notations on Search Engine Search results lists.
 
In every browser I get stuck in a "Log In / Contact Support / Log in / Contact Support .... " loop.
It is very frustrating!

Is there a direct way to send an email or get support?
