Unable to remove threat

Hi All
 
My system infected by  malware called win32.sality.gen , i have run scan but it seems webroot unable to remove the threat automatically and tell me to get some help to remove it manually but till now i didnot know how to remove this
 
somebody help me

Can you please Open a Support Ticket with "win32.sality.gen - Threat Team" as your title so that we can resolve this as soon as possible?
