As a matter of fact, I do not know what devices are in my network, thanks to a feature in the AT&T fiber router they supply. They have a “devices” button that will scan your network manually, or automatically and list all devices it finds, with by IP and MAC address.  Many other routers also have this feature. It did allow me to see that my neighbor’s kid was using our Wifi at one point, and I blocked his MAC address. Now I use MAC address permissions to allow Wifi access, which means I have to know what devices are added to my network, and I keep a log, and compare it to the router just to see if something broke though.

On first read of this I read

“Do you know what IT devices are in your business or on your network right now”

as -

“Do you know THAT IT devices are in your business or on your network right now”...well yeah duh 🤣

Got it on the third read, I thought I was going mad.
